I'm really happy at the moment, I've been good and either going to the gym or walking (weekends) 6/7 days a week for the last couple of weeks and have lost more weight in two weeks than I did when I had a personal trainer in the summer.
I was sure I wouldn't loose any weight last week as I was feeling sick at the end of the week and had to switch my gym session to walking and Saturday I was at home sick but I still managed to loose ^^
