Not freaking out... this is water weight and inflammation from our cruise. There is no way I gained that much in 4 days!

So today I'm back to logging and going to the gym. Had to get through Maycember! I am fully recovered from my illness and ready to get back at it.

So let's do this... anyone else getting rededicated on June 1???
196.7 lb Lost so far: 63.3 lb.    Still to go: 36.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
