So can I lose another 1.1 pounds by the end of the year? I hope so. I'm working a lot and not sleeping enough. But food choices and working out are going well so I think it's possible.
My body composition is changing too... I'm finally gaining some muscle. Very happy with my progress since June 30. Just have to carry it into the new year and stay motivated!
