Weight is dropping off very slowly now, but that's OK. I feel great in my clothes, and have regained mobility over the last two years that I had feared lost forever! Just goes to show you that the extra weight really holds you back. Even though your brain tells you that dropping a few pounds would probably help, there's something in your makeup that lets you continue on the same path for years - then you have a wakeup call - must be like an alcoholic finally admitting he/she has a problem. And you decide to do something about it. That's how is was for me. I've been watching my diet for a little over two years now, and it has really paid off in becoming more active and feeling a whole lot better in general.
