Had to record one more pound. It's the first time I saw 240 since 2007. I guess I've been doing more exercise than I thought at baseball practice with the kids. It's the coach pitch style of play. I've been pitching to all the kids. Probably well over 100 pitches. I figure about 10 pitches per 14 kids. Not counting the re-do's and bad pitches. I'm not Greg Maddox for pete sake. Practice was canceled tonight due to bad weather so I got on the bike. I went on the scale afterwards and surprised myself. On to 239.
