I started on July 18 and I’ve lost 17.2 lbs. so far. I know I still have a long way to go, but I can feel it. I’m so happy! All I do is count calories and cut portions. Happy today! Yay!
193.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 62.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
