I am glad for any loss- this is my first real week I realize it is mostly water weight ....but I will track it !-

I truely started on Monday the tenth of march - but did not find website till Wednesday -.... !
189.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
