Hopeful Banter's Journal, 23 February 2015

Moving home and starting a new job has not helped me trying to stick to my LCHF diet. I'm well settled now so no excuses. Back on track again!!!
161.6 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
