I've been following Candace Cameron Burr because she's an inspiration on how she is more fit in her 40's than she was in her teens or 20's. Also because she's a Christian, wife, mother of 3, and keeps up with her career. I'm going to take on her #1 rule: Don't eat until I'm hungry and stop when I'm satisfied. So I've been taking breakfast and lunch on the go with me.
