My son had two soccer games today. Somehow i still found the energy to go for a 2h run after we returned home around 4:00pm.
I had Panera for lunch, and ever time i go there i have to have a Bear Claw as desert ( JOLO ). Well today i looked up the calories .... 500! 😲 Wow.
Maybe the next time i go I'll skip this :)
I also had a normal eating day yesterday, so u am not surprised to see my weight slightly up.
With that said though, I have the feeling that my layer of belly-fat is getting thinner and thinner, despite my weight starting between 175lb and 170lb.
I've gotten 'lazy' in the exercise department and it may just be time again to do another set of P90X...
