I personally believe that improving the metabolism of nutrients with digestive enzymes is also necessary to improve the intestinal environment.
Digestive enzymes themselves are found in a variety of fresh, unprocessed foods.
「Carbohydrates = bananas」
「Protein = pineapple」
「Fat = grapefruit」
Each contains specialized digestive enzymes.
If you are taking medications on a regular basis, be aware that group fruit may adversely affect you.
In order to regulate the intestinal environment, high-fiber vegetables and fermented foods are important, but I personally recommend that you also be aware of "digestive enzymes" once you eat.✨

Hi Butterflygirl512, I’m doing better today. actually sticking with my intermittent fasting today which is a great start. I feel your pain on the belly Flab. I have it, and want to lose it. That is my current goal, to drop the final 30 lbs.
