Thanks Bill. I'm happy with it...while I'm up a half pound since last Friday I'm over a pound down from yesterday and over 6 down since Tuesday morning. So I just about undid the Thanksgiving damage this week. Now to keep it going, I want to hit 215 or less by next Friday to be on track to hopefully hit 210 by Christmas. Next obstacles are eating out tonight with my wife and a Christmas party tomorrow night. I'll try to offset any higher calorie intake with exercise.
