Cheers All, we have to give ourselves a good re think especially when it comes to eating naughty food so I am going to measure myself also I have a skirt I can do up but I look pregnant!!!. 😀 🤣😂. So it's a good way of aiming for the proper size I want to be. So you could do the same, I am willing to give it a try. When the item fits properly photo the results. Good luck All of you. I had a great night too😉. I think the occasional blow out is good for me, especially for my mental health.
Its very easy to become obsessive about the amount of calories you eat etc, and to feel guilty when you go over your RDI or stray from your plan.
I find it good to prove to myself that I can eat a load of rubbish occasionally and still obtain/maintain the body I want.
I put on over 2kg since yesterday morning. I know most of that will dissappear within a day or two - yours will too.
