Moving back down! Now just .2 pounds away from my low weight that I was at before going to Moms.

Yesterday was completely crazy with open house, orientation, and the craziness of new bus stops. I spent most of yesterday angry at the school board and transportation for kids in my county. I strongly feel that they are endangering young children with the decisions that they've made to pick 5 and 6 yr old children up 1/2 a mile from their homes instead of in front of their house. The pick up location for my 5yr old is about 1/2 mile from my house, but beside a road that is incredibly busy that time of day. They won't even move the stop half a block into the subdivision which would make it much safer for kids being picked up and dropped off. I got the run around from all officials involved and one just laid the blame and decision making ability with the other. But on a good note, I do have the time and ability to take and pick up my kid from school. Just makes me angry that they're valuing time and money over the safety of students. It's more convenient and time efficient to keep the bus stop at a busier intersections so the bus can move more quickly from stop to stop. I'm going to stop my rant there, just makes me mad all over again.

Moving on! Today is officially our last day of 'summer break' at my house. Plans today are to hit up the grocery store and pool store to check the balance in the pool. Then making fun choices with my 5yr old on what to wear for the first day of school and getting her backpack ready to go.
