I'm so excited to finally lose weight again, and I think I can stick to this diet for it's health benefits 90% of the time. I tend to consume 1200-1400 kcals by eating primarily non-starchy vegetables, plant and animal protein (legumes), seeds, nuts, lemons, limes, grapefruit, and berries. Much easier and more effective than calorie counting. I got 10 minutes of calisthenics in, not much, but it's something.
