Been going for walks. Drinking a lot more water. I still drink about 2 cups of coffee with cream and sugar in the morning. Hang on (sip) Watching my cal. intake. All is good. Still struggling with the eating when I'm bored thing. Grrrr....

253.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 73.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wstephen - have you considered a low carb high fat moderate protein diet? You should do some research about the ketogenic way of eating. I started it due to a diagnoses of prediabetic. There are some great videos on Youtube and so fantastic groups on FB as well as the FS warriors. The cravings go away. You can have that cheeseburger (just not the bun)! The water and walking are great! You can do this no matter what path you choose! Good luck and warrior on!

Thanks for the comment rconrad7800. I have been eating the meat patties without the bun now. I have also been cutting down on the meat consumption and doing more veggies. Time will tell if it's gunna work. :)
