I gained a pound again. I have to focus better on what I'm eating. I had some of my wife's cake yesterday, but other than that I didn't really eat too much. I also worked out well yesterday. I worked in the yard for almost 3 hours and did Kenpo last night. I have to be more disciplined about my food intake. I hope to see good numbers tomorrow.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
