As I thought- something last week was hinky. Over a 4 pound drop for the week is nice but it averages out to 2 pounds a week for the last two weeks which is just where I want to be. According to Wii, I'm only 2,5 pounds away from not being obese. That's my next mini goal!
212.5 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
