I have done really well all week, then yesterday I had a doughnut, a glass of wine and 2 slices of pizza. Bad day, but it was my first one in about 90 days. I have been on fat smash for about 32 days and on my own diet for about 50 days. One good thing was that I did work out for an hour four days last week. I usually only do 35-40 minutes. But now its back to the phase three.
