I'm feeling good, thanks for asking! Getting stronger as I work out with my stretchy bands. Still having some pain in my hands and feet. My blood tests show some goofball autoimmune stuff, so I'm starting to try some elimination diet recommendations to figure out if a food is contributing to the issue. Restricting foods isn't something I want to do as I try to gain weight, though!😜 Personally, I think I have a leaky gut and if I can heal that, I won't have so much inflammation and autoimmune reactions.
