Had some problems with diuretic meds for heart problem where I was retaining water, but almost under control today.
319.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 154.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1820 kcal Fat: 138.52g | Prot: 74.76g | Carb: 87.24g.   Breakfast: grapefruit. Lunch: orange juice, lemon drink, mustard, Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter, celery, carrot, vinegar, olive oil, cabbage, oscar meyer hot dogs. Dinner: IT Marinated Chicken Breasts, butter olive oil, asparagus, lettuce, IT Caesar Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other: lemon drink, orange juice, Dry Roasted Mixed Nuts (with Peanuts, Without Salt Added), peach. more...
