The last several weeks my wife and I have been weighing in after walking with Leslie. My first recorded weigh-in today happened before our walk. I then did a walking work-out and re-weighed myself and the results were better. I'm using an avarage of the losses to record for the week. This is just being consistant with the way our other weigh-ins were conducted
226.7 lb Lost so far: 26.3 lb.    Still to go: 41.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
