stayed the same... but i'm fine with that...Started walking to help with my results...
200.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job!! Staying the same is something I am good at! haha Walking will help for sure. I just received "Yoga Boooty Ballet" and am anxious to get started. Exercising helps me tremendously. Keep up the good work. Keep your eye on the prize.

When I change my foods up I get my body motivated to use it and lose it. You are on being pro-active about your weightloss, and you are seeing the results. It's great that you are not beating yourself up for staying the same, there is nothing wrong with that. When I first started the program, I would lose .2 here, .4 there. It was really frustrating. Then one day the scale started moving. It will move for you.
