Day 18: and just like that, back into the red. 😭🥴

I feel so defeated as i sit here and eat bbq flavored cheese curls. The fact they’re actually pretty nasty but I’m still eating them gives me comfort and i feel better. Its hard doing everything right and not seeing results.

I had a friend tell me why she switched off keto & just did low carb. She had to restrict herself to LESS than 1000 calories a day, she started losing the weight but she knew after a month she wouldn’t be able to do that long term. I told her besides trying CLEAN/STRICT keto I’ve been pretty lazy/dirty and I’m sure somewhere I’m eating a lot of carbs. Way more than I think I am.

Putting my iced coffee macros in yesterday was a shocker! I thought i was really doing something that was helping me stay fasting. 😂😂 20 cal per tbs, which i was NOT measuring by far. I had at least 10 between the 2 cups i had. I won’t do the iced coffee today. Hell the days already ruined from the cheetos but it’s still early and I’m not trying to push my luck. Ive come too far. I can’t afford to keep going back up on the scale. 😥
245.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try to do other things than going for your go to snacks. At times you may be thirsty more than hungry. You can even buy sugar free gum and use that if you need something to chew on. Just some ideas 💡

Tough question…why’d you even buy that crap? Get pork rinds. Just pork rinds and salt…no flavors…they load up the flavors with MSG and other junk.

Don't focus on what you ate at the last meal/snack and get stuck in a guilt trip. Focus on your goal, repeat it to yourself before EVERY meal/snack. Put your attention and energy into making a healthy choice for the NEXT meal/snack. If you are unsure of the quality of your choices, try entering them into FS BEFORE eating and make adjustments if needed, before you consume it.

Yeah, and remember the one days calories can even out over a few days. Just find some healthy choices and stick with them pretty good.
