No weight loss in the last few days. I've had a really rubbish day at work today and I'm feeling really moody. I've decide to have some wine and give in to my carb cravings. I'll record everything I consume just so my binge is on there for the record.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sweety dont do the wine. You may not be seeing results on the scale but dont forget that with atkins you loose inches. I would hate to see you lose progress. If you feel like having a drink do some vodka with diet soda, or if you really want a couple of carbs have a vodka and sugar free redbull. I know that you can do this...look at your weight history. Stay strong
