My birthday was Wed & too much celebrating with food and booze. Went to Banff & spent Friday night for even more. I'm not big into birthdays so that's done. This week I need to get back to a normal eating routine. It is almost March. Hopefully it's the month to turn it around. I'll allow myself St.Patricks then Mexico. Yearly physical on Tue. It will be interesting to see how much I gained this last year.

Hey Happy belated Birthday!! I like birthdays... I'm glad you had a big party twice! Like you said, now it's done. Time to get serious, your vacation is coming! And it's not only about Mexico. You were losing weight since after holidays, so just keep up the good work. Spring will be here soon, it will makes things easier. This cold weather doesn't help...
