TOM today so I expected a gain. Usually 2 or more lbs. Timing sucks for being bloated since I am down to my last 2 days of steak and eggs so I wanted to see how much more i could lose. cie la vie. I hope everyone has a great day. Our ground hog predicted 6 more weeks of winter. Good thing I dont believe .... I am still hoping for an early Spring.

It's a woman's lot in life. LOL! Keep on experimenting anyway. Low carb foods help get rid of the extra fluid. You will have a big drop in weigh next week.

Decreasing sodium intake to 1000mg/day (and consuming that in small amounts at a time....in other words, not all 1000 in one meal) will DEFINITELY help with fluid retention, too.
