I was listening to a pod cast on weight managment, and took the advise to watch the trend between calories in and weight to know where to budget my calories. Looking back at my journaling, I see that I have to keep my calories under 1600 to lose weight, 1900 and above gains. So it is appropriate to budget around 1300 or lessto lose weight without "starving" my body into a slower metabolism.
