Doing well over here! Not overdoing myself in patio drinks or late ice cream at the shop next block. Not reporting what I eat, but it feels like I'm doing well! I'll try and write down a bit more what I eat, that helps me find the "leaks in my game" i.e. where I feel like I eat ok, but in fact I don't. And make that whole process keep going the right way!
