I find it hard recording what I eat during the weekend. I am on a schedule week days due to work, which makes it easy for me to record. However, I try to make the best choices at all times. Since I eat all my food late,(nothing past 7 pm though) I do not eat snacks at week ends.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
