Kind of funny how addicting seeing the drops in the scale can be, and how disappointing when you don’t see the drop. 😢 I knew a day was coming so not devastated, but bummed all the same for such a silly reason. My response was a stupid one. Because I was busy I essentially skipped breakfast. Won’t make a habit of that rest assured.
