OK - I think I'm truly ready for positive change! Everything else in my life is going so well that it has been easy enough for me to deal with the extra weight. But I'm at the yucky point where nothing fits and I can no longer deny that this is just a temporary fluctuation. I was going to wait until next week to start as we are going to Deadwood this weekend with 7 other couples; the weekend will center around food and drink! But there is no time like the present, so I started yesterday. No fitness classes this week as they get the new Wellness Center ready to open, but I am going to do 30 min. of exercise each morning. M-W-F on the bike and T-Th on the elliptical. So far I'm off to a good start!

Good for you! Hang in there - I found it really took about two weeks to get back on the wagon. So this is probably a good time to get started for you. Even with the trip planned, you can start the transition. Just don't put too much pressure on yourself. Have fun!
