ugh...up and down, back and forth great all week muck up weekends....60 days since 194.....keep on keeping on, told I need to lose 30lbs in 6 months, 04.14.14! or I will be sent to a nutritionalist.......sigh.....lets get it done, sadly tho in 2 weeks is a cruise, i'm starting now tho, no time like now....
