Hello all! After a weird fall (and summer and spring) let's agree that this will be our new normal for a while, so let's put good habits back in place. So this week, went jogging 4 times (injuries are healed or on the way to be), intermittent fast between 16:8 and 18:6. Seriously cut down sugar, and working on cutting down carbs in general. That'll be the plan for the next couple weeks. Ha! and starting next Monday (I'm still on vacation till then), I'll go for a dry month, from Jan 11th to Feb 11th. That should help too.
