Hi Everyone,
It has been a while since I have been on here. We are in the middle of a move and I had some set backs in regards to my workouts. We will finally be moved by this weekend. Yeah! I pulled a muscle about three weeks ago and my doctor told me to layoff of the strenous exercise. I then went for my well woman's exam and received some news that put me on the worry wagon. I wouldn't say I stuck to my diet but I did avoid the soft drinks and I did a little yoga. I honestly believe if I did not stay away from the sweets and soft drinks I would have gained all of the little weight I lost. I will say that I did go down one shirt size and kind of a pants size. I can wear Avenue size 22 jeans but at Lane Bryant - I am still in a 24. I can wear size 18/20 shirts and blouses at both stores. I have a picture that I will post on here of that little victory.
I am back! I miss you guys and will be back to tracking and weighing in!
