I did enjoy the holidays. Although there was a lot of good and bad choices for me, I chose to eat right. I have learned one virtue: self discipline. Very grateful.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
