Yesterday I started my 10 day all natural cleanse. I still get to eat - clean (veggies, protein). I did do my treadmill for 40 mins after my son went to bed which seems to work out better than trying to get up an hour early! Not happening, even though I have great intentions. haha Feeling good, positive and ready to start feeling better! :)
