I feel I am in a stall. I did not loose as much weight as I wanted last week, although I eat the same foods and portions as I usually do. I probably need to up my exercises and protein intake.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
