I travelled to Panama City on Wednesday for Thanksgiving. Came back yesterday. Although I did not record a journal, exercise or food, I stayed on my diet. Food portions was manageable. Ate a little more carbs though, but walked 4 miles on the beach everyday.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
