Very busy this week-end.I couldn't enter my food as i usually do. However, I made good choices, although I ate out most of the time.
198.5 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1003 kcal Fat: 49.09g | Prot: 88.94g | Carb: 61.29g.   Breakfast: Walmart chicken salad, Netrtion-high protein bread, lipton black tea. Lunch: triscuit, walmart tuna salad. Dinner: Green String Beans, minute brown rice, Tilapia (Fish). Snacks/Other: protein powder-unjury, sugar free popsicle, atkins shake. more...
