Ok. The numbers haven't moved much but I'm ok with that. TOM is this week and that might account for a little bloat but overall my clothes are fitting better and I feel great, so no complaints!
I bought 5 lbs ankle weights on Saturday. Decided to wear them while doing housework...talking on the phone (I tend to pace) and just doing whatever...that way I'm working out a little without having to really work out. I've upped my situps to 300/day and still trying to walk at lunch and stuff.
