Today is my weigh day and I am pleased to be 2lbs closer to my goal. It has been a busy week and I have been able to stay on track with my nutrition and exercise program pretty well. I am hoping this super bowl Sunday does not Bowl Me Over. Many temptations will be at my fingertips as I will be making most of the food (pizza, hot wings, snacks). Grateful it only comes once a year! GO CHIEFS!
