Lbs lost this week:3lbs ?

Inches lost: .5 35 waist 38.5 hips(the total from two measurements, example: waist/hips, chest/waist, round to the nearest 1/2 inch)

NET Carb counts:
Mon=19.96
Tues=20.92
Wed=15.23
Thurs=19.86
Fri=24.30
Sat=20.15
Sun=19.8 (planned menu, I'll update if changes)

Weekly challenge accomplishments: Lost poundage but probably because of the dental work, I'LL TAKE IT THOUGH! Lost .5 off the waist (my pet peeve spot) have been more active and feel pretty good! Even my mouth doesn't hurt as bad as predicted and haven't had to take the pain killers much so I've been able to get more done. Overall I'm happy with the week. Next Challenge...to take advantage of the abrupt loss and not let it go up much!!

138.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A lot of people don't know this because there aren't a lot of big studies done on it, but because you're not eating sugar you will probably recover faster from your dental surgery. Sugar causes chronic inflammation and feeds pathogenic bacteria that would interfere with healing. ;) Added bonus! Great job on the carb counts. Congrats on the loss!
