Well, i'm up a little but not much, so I won't freak. I seem to be hovering at this one weight and it's getting annoying...BUT, tomorrow I get to have some really fun dental surgery and won't be able to chew for a week or so...if i can't lose weight from cottage cheese, protein shakes and low carb soups nothing will work! Heh

Had WingStop for dinner last night (and lunch today) for my "last meal". I love their wings..AND their Atomic, Cajun, Original and Lemon Pepper all are zero carbs! WOOOO HOOO! If you have one in your neighborhood, check them out...they're the best I swear!

Well, people...I'll either be quiet for a few days after this OR totally bored but only up to sitting on a computer...who knows. But I'll continue to at least write down my exercise/food and catch it all up before the challenge requirements need me to weigh in and stuff....and if nothing else I plan on getting my butt to work by Monday...which I spend all day on a computer. I'm just expecting the worse because I'm a major sissy when it comes to mouth pain..MAJOR sissy!

Keep up all the good work I've been seeing!!!

I love wings! I wish I had one of those in my neighborhood. All the wings around here are breaded and fried. =( I've spent some time this week looking up low carb wing recipes to try at home and I found some good ones. I hope your mouth feels better and your surgery goes well...that's NEVER fun.

When I get home tonight I'll send you some great protein shake recipes. I hope you have a blender. Look at the sugarfreesheila.com website for some basic recipes but I bought her cookbook and the desserts one has a whole chapter on protein shakes. :)

Wings are the BESTEST! I'm totally hooked. Keep you eyes open, WingStop keeps growing so maybe they'll make it to your neck of the woods soon. Share those recipes if they turn out good though. I wouldn't mind some homemade wings at some point!

That's be great Sara. I don't really know of any good recipes and i have a great blender so that'll be perfect. My friends keep saying that I should worry about the diet because I won't be eating a lot, but that's not right, A) it'd be hard to go back on the diet and B) just because you can't chew it doesn't mean it can't make you fat, right? But I plan on getting some carbsmart ice cream..a little splurge to make myself happy...the thing is I'm good at just grabbing a container and a spoon and won't be seen again until it's gone. Guess I better serve up individual servings, eh? tee hee!

I think you're right. Just because you can't chew it, doesn't mean it can't make you fat. You can ingest a lot of sugar-laden calories through beverages. I think you're right to try to stay on track. I think it is good to give yourself a treat too, and that carbsmart ice-cream sounds like a good choice. :)

Stock up on the carb smart bars - its easier to check your portion control!! I hope all goes well. Hopefully we'll hear from you before the end of the weekend!

Oh - and I've tried a couple of the protein shake recipes on sugarfreeshiela. The ones I've had, I've loved!!! Its a great idea when you can't chew.
