Really didn't want to record this weight, but it's not going to get any better as long as I keep eating bad stuff. Maybe recording the weight will make me quit eating all the junk and get my butt back in gear!

I always hate having to record a stupid gain.. :( It's rough to eat the right things when you're not feeling well - hope this is a little push back in the right direction!

I've really watched my calorie intake today and am going to the gym tonight, so hopefully I will see some improvement tomorrow!! :)

As long as you keep lifting those weights you will see improvement in the long run. Just remember the difference in how you feel when you stick with healthy eating and exercise. :)
