Activity has been really high this week 10-12 work days, miles of walking, and lots of stairs. I eat pretty good for breakfast/lunch/snacks but indulge a bit at supper.
247.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
