Little over 9 miles walking at work yesterday. Ate a good breakfast, snacks, and lunch. Ate over half of a large Casey's flatbread pizza for supper. Haven't had that in a while so that was a treat. Now back to the normal diet and a screwed up sleep/work schedule for the next few days. We'll see how that changes my weight.
