WOW, I ate on 5 lbs. these past three days. :( Cupcakes, celebrations cake, bread, bread and sauces did a number on the scale. I enjoyed, because I choose to eat what I ate and now I'm choosing to get back on my meal plan. I hate I have to re-lose 5 lbs., but that's the way the scale needle bounces when one over eats. :) I'm fasting today and will start my LCHF meal plan on Monday.
