BG 102; Well, I got it over with by getting on the scales this morning. Though a 5 lb loss wasn't my goal for this last 4 weeks, still, it's a loss and I'll take it! Actually, I am truly surprised I lost anything.
After that part was over with, I grabbed a cup of coffee and totaled up how much I've lost since starting this journey early this last April. I started at 216 so my total loss is 31 lbs. Not too shabby but I have quite a ways to go yet.
I'm short; only about 5 foot tall. The closer I get to 105 the more I'll know what "weight" is healthy for me and make adjustments accordingly. I gotta tell ya. I'm really tired of all this "jello" I'm carrying around!
