I've become a huge fan of the SBD this week. My weight has only dropped a pound since I weighed in last week, but I splurged all weekend. My weight on Monday morning was 180, so I've actually gone down 5 pounds since then. I know most of it is water, but it's cool to see the scales drop like that in 3 days. I've also been lifting a lot of weights in the past 2 months, so I've seen a lot of great changes on my body that don't show up on the scales because of muscle density. I'm pumped to see the scales this time next week! (No splurging this weekend!)
